The thermal stability of the plated products is tested in an air-conditioned and humid test cabinet, conditioned in line with the test conditions specifically requested by our customers.
Thickness Test
Plating thickness and the potential difference between nickel layers are measured by Fisher brand Couloscope CMS2 stepper, and plating thickness suitability is tested according to customer requirements.
3D Measuring Machine
The Hexagon CMM machine provides coordinate matching of plastic and plated products with maximum stability and minimum deviation. Owing to the CMM machine, the conformity of the manufactured products with the technical data of our customers can be accurately controlled.
Corrosion Test (CASS, NSS, AASS)
Product stability is ensured by evaluating the degree of corrosion of plated products according to ASTM standards.
Microscope
With the microscope LEICA DM 2700 M available in our laboratory, we can perform micropore counting according to the special requirements of our customers.
